作为餐饮经理,我的首要任务就是明确自己的职责范围。除了日常运营管理和客户服务外,还需要关注团队建设、成本控制等多方面的工作。Role Positioning in this context means understanding the scope of responsibilities as a restaurant manager, including daily operations management, customer service, team building, cost control, etc.

二、客户服务 Customer Service

提升顾客满意度是我们的目标之一。为了提供更好的服务,我们定期进行员工培训,确保每位员工都能以最专业的态度面对客人。Customer Service here refers to enhancing customer satisfaction through regular staff training and ensuring professional attitudes towards customers.
