Mental health (心理健康) is just as important as physical safety when it comes to overall wellbeing. The pressures of studying abroad can sometimes lead to feelings of loneliness or stress. It's vital that we recognize these signs early and seek support from friends, family, or professional counselors if needed.

Living on campus or in a foreign country means adapting to new surroundings. Learning self-defense techniques (自卫技巧) and familiarizing yourself with local emergency services can provide a sense of security and confidence. Additionally, always keeping your living space secure and knowing the quickest route to safety in case of emergencies are practical steps towards personal safety.
