When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor are consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel, which can extend the service life, and obtain the ideal transmission efficiency and low noise. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to hit with a hammer during installation to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearing or gear. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolt before tightening the force bolt.
Step 4: Micro planetary geared electric motor should be flexible after installation by hand rotation, no stuck phenomenon. The connection screws should be tightened before starting, the no-load test should not be less than 2 hours, the operation should be smooth, no impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage phenomenon, should be eliminated in time when found. When using, the fasteners should be regularly checked whether they are loose to ensure normal operation.
