mediation

Mediation is a process where a neutral third party, the mediator, assists the parties in finding common ground and reaching an agreement. Arbitration

Arbitration is similar to a trial, but more private and flexible. Both parties agree to submit their dispute to one or more arbitrators, who then make a binding decision. Arbitration is typically faster and cheaper than going to court.

Negotiation

Mini-Trial
