伦敦大学学院（University College London，缩写UCL）是英国一所大型公立综合性大学，成立于1826年，坐落于伦敦市区，属罗素大学集团,是伦敦大学系统下最早建立规模最大学校。1826年成立之初，就只称“伦敦大学（London University）“，1836年与伦敦大学国王学院合作简历今伦敦大学系统（University of London）后，方才称为“伦敦大学学院”。伦敦大学学院是伦敦市第一所大学，也是英国最早在招生中不分宗教信仰、男女平等的高等学府。
